This is a joyful day. After reading today’s study we are assured that by our imperfect, stumbling yet obedient trust, we bring glory to Jesus.

I like the following words from today’s study: ‘Jesus Christ is loving, sympathetic and understanding (Heb. 4:15). His gaze penetrates our flaws, frailities and deficiencies. He sees right into our hearts – and knows what is true of us.’

It’s also interesting that Jesus in John 17:10 again refers to His divinity – as only God can be glorified.

Finally, today is special for me being my spiritual birthday, and today’s verse (re reading and mediation) is a real gift: – “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit – fruit that will last.” John 15:16

Does it uplift you to know that the love and commitment that is in your heart for Jesus will bring glory to Jesus, our Lord and our God?
